To learn more please visit The Role We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our Advanced Wound Care (AWC) business in Northern Italy. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving regional sales performance, building strategic customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.Your Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goalsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLead, coach, and develop a team of Territory ManagersMonitor performance using CRM tools and drive continuous improvementManage regional budgets and optimize resource allocationSupport hospital tender processes and public procurement activitiesCollaborate with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and technical expertsPromote a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovationWhat We’re Looking For Proven sales leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industryStrong knowledge of the Advanced Wound Care market (preferred)Experience with hospital tenders and public procurementExcellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategyPassion for digital tools and CRM systemsNative Italian and proficient in EnglishWillingness to travel extensively across the regionQualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or related fieldExperience in commercial roles within pharma or medical devices, with at least 3 years of experience managing a teamUnderstanding of Sales Training, Tender Management, Marketing, and Market AccessSkills in change management, particularly valuable in contexts of digital transformation and commercial reorganizationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to influence and lead across diverse teamsDemonstrated commitment to Convatec's values and behaviorsWhat We Offer Role based in Northern Italy (no remote)Competitive salary and benefits packageTraining and development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive cultureWorking Conditions Location: Field-based in Northern Italy (Milano or Turin preferred)Travel: Up to 75% across Piemonte, Val d’Aosta, Liguria, Lombardia, Sardegna and ToscanaLanguage Requirements: Native Italian, Fluent EnglishReady to join us?
