About The Role In TD SYNNEX Italy we are looking for three Sales Specialists in different Business Units:Sales Specialist - Cyber security Sales Specialist - Hybrid Cloud/VMware Sales Specialist - HR Cloud Solutions/Factorial (Temporary Contract) Sales Specialist - Lenovo PC (Temporary Contract)The Sales Specialist in TD SYNNEX is someone experienced in generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a general conversation around a solution/product area; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets. ResponsibilitiesProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts Engage in active inside selling using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilise this to maximise call potential and outcomes Manage customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing" Manage project end‑to‑end or hand over to pre‑sales for technical requirements Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers Attain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement Develop partner relationships (incl.
