Our Therapy Development Marketing Manager position is a unique career opportunity to help advance the diagnosis and referral of patients with aortic stenosis across Europe.
How you’ll make an impact:
Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement, including the ongoing evolution of the CATALYST program and related diagnosis and referral pathway initiatives.
Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the program supports earlier, higher-quality referrals through targeted, relevant and repeated engagement with referring healthcare professionals.
Partner closely with country marketing and commercial field teams to identify referral barriers, understand local referral ecosystems and translate these insights into actionable engagement strategies.
Develop and continuously optimize HCP engagement strategies, supporting interaction models such as educational sessions, referral events, structured field engagement activities, peer-to-peer exchanges and digital programs.
