About Our Client The company is a leading manufacturer of wire harnesses for electrical and electronic systems, serving third‑party equipment producers. It also distributes electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components and materials, leveraging both in‑house and customer‑supplied resources. Following recent acquisitions in Germany, the group now serves customers across diverse end markets, including HVAC, vending machines, fitness equipment, industrial machinery, cranes, special vehicles and marine applications. With approximately 550 employees operating across five sites in three countries, the organization generates annual revenues of around €50 million. As a private equity‑owned roll‑up, it is positioned for continued growth through additional follow‑on acquisitions in the coming years. Job Description The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for all financial functions of the group as well as IT systems and data management. Core responsibilities include financial planning, consolidation, controlling and accounting, managing banking relationships and supporting M&A transactions to drive inorganic growth. The role also covers HR administration, internal controls, compliance and oversight across multiple international sites.
