Job DescriptionThe Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for all financial functions of the group as well as IT systems and data management. Core responsibilities include financial planning, consolidation, controlling, and accounting, alongside managing banking relationships and actively supporting M&A transactions to drive inorganic growth. The role also covers HR administration, internal controls, and compliance, with oversight across multiple international sites.What You Will DoDesign, structure, and optimize accounting and reporting processes for the entire group, particularly in transfer pricing and post-merger integration.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reporting, consolidation, and cash flow planning.Implement and enhance modern controlling and reporting tools (., PowerBI, LucaNet).Manage communication with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.Play an active role in M&A activities, including due diligence, post-merger integration, and financing structuring.Provide targeted operational support to subsidiaries on financial and process optimization topics.
