Miroglio Fashion is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy and Transformation Consultant to guide strategic initiatives within our supply chain and logistics departments. This role involves implementing strategic guidelines, scouting for new opportunities, redesigning processes, and implementing new features.

Experience within this team serves as a springboard to senior roles within the Group.

Your Opportunity:

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy and Transformation Consultant, you will report directly to the Group Supply Chain Director and work closely with the management team, providing insights to enhance the Supply Chain transformation strategy.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Enabling effective decision-making through a data-driven approach.
  • Providing guidance on high-priority projects while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyzing market and company scenarios to support management decisions.
  • Actively participating in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
  • Challenging the status quo by providing innovative ideas.

You can be part of our team if you have:

Hard Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in top management/business consulting firms or top-tier companies (previous experience in graduate talent programs is advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex strategic projects related to Supply Chain.
  • A Master’s Degree, preferably with international experience.
  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum grade of 108/110.
  • Fluent command of English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
