Be among the first 25 applicants.Get AI-powered advice on this job and exclusive features.Skills2+ years of experience as a Deskside Support TechnicianGood knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office suite & Microsoft 365 (Office 365)Familiar with a ticketing systemExperience in OS, apps and hardware installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsGood English and Italian language skillsCustomer-oriented approachGood communication skillsYour tasksProvide in-person technical support for end users, addressing issues related to system performance, connectivity, hardware malfunctions, and software errors.Install, configure, image, and reimage PCs, laptops, and mobile devices as needed.Participate in project rollouts and deployments.Offer first-level and advanced support for standard enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.).Troubleshoot and support peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external drives.Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor while working directly with users/customers onsite.Follow established processes for hardware disposal and secure data destruction.Location: Cassina de' Pecchi (Milan area - fully onsite)•Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of transformation into permanent)Be part of usHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
