For an Asset Management firm with a strong presence in the Italian market, we are looking for a Client Service & Sales Support Specialist . The role offers significant exposure to the full investor relations and business development lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesSupport Business Development in day-to-day activities, with a strong focus on operational coordination, meeting preparation, follow-ups and pipeline tracking.Data organization & cross-team coordination: coordinate CRM updates and investor databases and provide client activity and pipeline reports; facilitate internal workflows with Investment, Risk, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth information flows.Investor communication support: contribute to client reporting, investor newsletters and performance updates by gathering data and input from internal teams.Support Sales & Marketing material preparation: updating existing materials and ensuring consistency (presentations, pitchbooks, fund factsheets, etc.).RFP & Due Diligence process management: coordinate the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, questionnaires and data requests from prospects and existing investors, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate submissions.Event & meeting coordination: assist in organizing investor meetings, webinars and conferences, including scheduling, logistics and materials preparation.Requirements2 to 4 years of experience in a financial institution (e.g. SGR, Asset Manager, SIM, Private
