Working at Prometeia means engaging with diverse regulatory and cultural environments, learning to be flexible, and adopting a scalable, cross-country mindset.MAIN TASKS:The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating with international banking groups, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.His / her main responsibility will include:Conducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clientsProviding functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platformPreparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenariosValidating platform functionalities and assisting with go-live activitiesDelivering end-user training and providing post-implementation supportCollaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Master’s degree in economic, informatic, engineering disciplines with excellent gradesStrong interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the financial sectorFluency in English (at least B2); the knowledge of other languages is appreciatedThorough knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Data management and query tools knowledge is nice-to-have (e.g. SQL)Previous experience in banking processes and organization is considered a plus.SOFT SKILLSTeam-player, flexibility and proactivityStrong analytical skills with acute attention to detailAssertive and excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skillsProject/time management skills to meet required deadlinesCapable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environmentWHAT WE OFFER:Our history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
