Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Learning & Development, I&E and Engagement Department, based in Rome , and will support the team in the following activities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course setup, user management, content uploads, enrollment tracking, and issue resolution;
- Support the execution and administration of learning initiatives on the LMS platform, ensuring accurate setup, communication, monitoring, and reporting;
- Assist in the design and development of learning materials (e.g., presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, feedback forms);
- Support the coordination, tracking, and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions;
- Help organize training activities and maintain the learning catalogue;
- Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects;
- Support the tracking of suppliers, including entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring
