Support in establishing the Legal & Compliance function, as well as in the further development and maintenance of our management system
Analysis and assessment of compliance issues and risks, as well as identification of necessary actions and implementation recommendations
Participation in risk analyses, as well as the creation and maintenance of guidelines, processes, and documentation
Preparing and following up on compliance initiatives, as well as coordinating with internal represantatives
Coordinating and conducting internal training sessions, as well as providing support for internal inquiries and case-by-case reviews
Preparing for, supporting, and following up on internal and external inspections and audits

A completed degree in law (LL.B./state examination) or a comparable degree; additional training as a compliance officer is a plus
Initial experience in the field of compliance or in a legal department is desirable
Willingness to familiarize yourself with new compliance topics and pursue targeted professional development
A structured, meticulous approach to work and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
