Front Office Agent Hotel Monte Cenci•Rome, ITALY Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Boutique 4-star luxury hotel in the heart of historic Rome Hotel Monte Cenci is looking for a Front Office Agent (Receptionist) to join our front desk team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience in line with the high standards of our boutique luxury hospitality. Main ResponsibilitiesManaging check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy and courtesy Welcoming guests and assisting them throughout their stay Handling reservations (direct and through OTAs) Providing local recommendations and concierge‑style support (transfers, reservations, etc.) Operating the Protel property management system and managing daily transactions Promoting hotel services through upselling and guest engagement Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments Resolving guest issues with discretion and professionalismRequirementsPrevious experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality settings Excellent command of English (knowledge of a second language is a plus) Familiarity with Protel PMS Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance, discretion, and attention to detail Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidaysWhat We OfferA refined and welcoming work environment A close‑knit and motivated team Opportunities for learning and professional growth Direct interaction with international guests A central location in the heart of Rome’s historic district\Contract and salary based on experience and profileAbout Us Hotel Monte Cenci is a luxury 4‑star boutique hotel located a short walk from Campo de’ Fiori, Pantheon and Trastevere, in one of the most enchanting corners of Rome.
