Investor Relations Manager | MilanOur client, a reputable private equity investment firm, is looking to strengthen its Investor Relations function as part of its continued growth and institutional development.Key responsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors Support fundraising processes, including preparation of DDQs, pitch materials, and data rooms Coordinate and prepare periodic investor reporting (quarterly, annual, ad hoc) Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and ongoing LP communication Work closely with Partners, senior management, and external advisorsKey requirementsExperience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, or a related role within private equity, asset management, or a fund environment Solid understanding of fund structures, LP reporting, and fundraising processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a lean, hands-on setting with senior exposure Fluent English required; Italian strongly preferred Based in Milan (mandatory)
