Job Description Essential ResponsibilitiesDesign and validate manufacturing router and documentation according to company procedures and customer requirements Provide manufacturing method development and improvement for current and new products dál> Apply Design for Manufacturing principles working with a cross functional team to ensure 6‑sigma process capability and stable process Work with manufacturing engineering peers and manufacturing shop personnel to validate processes, tools, equipment Design and validate fixtures, tooling and equipment for production and new product development Coordinate with outside vendors that may be contracted to build production equipments and/or farm‑out machining operations Determine safe manufacturing processes that produce a quality product in the most efficient method of production Pursue continuous improvement for quality and cost reductions in designated areas Assist supervisors and production employees in resolving manufacturing process problems through a drive to root cause and permanent corrective actions Accountable for attaining all aspects of production operations, including safety, quality, First Time Yield andval productivity Previous experience as Manufacturing EngineerQualifications/RequirementsBacherol’s Degree in Engineering Good knowledge in the interpretation of engineering drawings/specifications and manufacturing processes Fluent in English and Italian EU work permitDesired CharacteristicsSix Sigma training is preferred Self-starter and clear thinker.
