Essential responsibilities: Technical / technological knowledge of development and manufacturing of mechanical systems, sheet metal stamping / sheeting and plastic components. Knowledge of the principles of problem solving and design to cost. Ability to analyze and elaborate technical proposals on issues of quality improvement and cost reduction. Systemic vehicular vision skills Application of new plastics techniques and technologies on new products Collaborating with various departments to identify data needs and develop appropriate solutions. Management of developments together with Co-Design companies and partners Definition and supervision of external work packages with engineering providers Documentation of acquired knowledge in design standards All documentation and written correspondence in English Requirements: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics or similar studies . Knowledge of data management tools and databases (e.g. SQL, Excel, Access). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem solving skills. Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration. Model Based System Engineering Knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken. Digital skills: MS Office 365, Outlook and Teams PLM Teamcenter Catia V5 / V6
