With over a decade of expertise, it specializes in the design and manufacturing of solar trackers, ground‑fixed mounting systems, and distributed photovoltaic (PV) solutions. Your Responsibilities Market Research & AnalysisConduct in-depth research on overseas markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competition. Translate market insights into effective sales strategies and tactics. Drive sales of PV products in international markets, meeting or surpassing sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate contracts and agreements, securing favorable terms for both company and clients.Business DevelopmentRepresent Powerway at international exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and generate leads. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key accounts and industries.Technical SupportProvide technical expertise and guidance to customers, supporting system design and implementation. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market developments. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or related fields. 1+ year of photovoltaic‑related work experience. Proven track record in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably within the PV industry. Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, components, and applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results‑driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
