Intelligence, imagination and intuition guide our strategic choices.To expand our workforce, we are looking for aJunior Customer Service & Digital Operations Specialist, to support day-to-day customer care and e-commerce operations by managing key service tasks such as orders, returns, customer data updates and first-line interactions, contributing to the delivery of a luxury-level service in line with Santoni’s brand values.Key Responsibilities Daily monitoring of orders and shipments, addressing issues or delaysManaging returns and post-sales communications across all channels (email, phone, chat)Handling customer master data and ensuring CRM / e-commerce platforms are always up to dateCoordinating with logistics and operations to support accurate documentation and flowsSupporting the Digital Concierge team with back-office needs and escalationsGenerating weekly KPIs and service quality reportsEnsuring brand tone and high-end experience in every customer interactionRequirements Previous experience (even short-term) in e-commerce customer service, preferably in fashion / luxuryEducational background in languages, economics, marketing or similarStrong command of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelFamiliarity with CRM and e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Hubspot, etc.)Analytical mindset, attention to detail and customer focusTeam player with excellent communication and empathyFluency in Italian and English; other languages are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
