Siamo alla ricerca di una/un General Manager per le Maldive, che assicuri l’operatività del Resort in tutti i suoi Reparti ed outlet, garantendo gli standard prefissati dalla compagnia ed in linea con il budget della struttura.Principali Responsabilità:Cooperare nella definizione del budget, pianificare il fabbisogno di personale e di attrezzature necessarie del Resort affidatoGarantire le risorse (umane e non) funzionali per il raggiungimento degli obiettiviAssicurare il rispetto delle procedure interne, principalmente sulle tre maggiori aree economiche (economato, costo del personale, commerciale)Garantire la corretta gestione amministrativa e finanziaria della struttura alberghiera in linea con le normative localiMonitorare ed assicurare il rispetto del budget assegnato alla struttura e garantire le corrette operazioni di controllo di gestione per le analisi di dettaglio in collaborazione con il Cost Controlling di SedeAssegnare, pianificare e monitorare i target assegnati ai settori operativi (HOD)Garantire che tutti i reparti operativi svolgano correttamente le operazioni e che soddisfino i valori del Brand VOIHOTELSSelezionare , motivare e sviluppare le risorse umane strategiche affinché le loro prestazioni contribuiscano al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e pianificarne la crescita professionale in coordinamento con HR di VOIhotelsEffettuare tutte le attività necessarie per garantire il corretto funzionamento degli impianti, delle attrezzature e dei luoghi di lavoro, nel rispetto delle leggi sulla sicurezza, igiene, ambiente e normative localiCoordinare e assicurare il corretto svolgimento delle attività di manutenzione straordinaria e di ristrutturazione previste per la struttura alberghiera affidataMonitorare l’andamento delle vendite della struttura assegnata e collaborare con il reparto Revenue di sede e la Direzione commerciale per raggiungere i risultati attesiMantenere relazioni istituzionali con il territorio e con la proprietà della struttura alberghieraRappresentare l’azienda con Enti ed Istituzioni localiGarantire il rispetto delle policy aziendali in termini di Sostenibilità, Codice Etico , Codice di Condotta e Parità di genereTrasmettere la visione del brand, guidando il business e cercando di raggiungere la qualità di servizio attesa#J-18808-Ljbffr
