Principal Product Engineer (EU) role at Ashby. We’re looking for an ambitious full‑stack engineer focused on solving customer problems and building long‑term solutions. How We Work Our engineering culture emphasizes ownership, minimal process, and collaboration. Scope and Responsibilities As a Product Engineer, you: Own and deliver end‑to‑end features, researching competitors, writing product specs, wireframes, and building product changes. Design and build automated interview scheduling to resolve the “Calendar Tetris” problem. Develop a generalized declarative filter architecture used in many user‑facing features. Spec, design, and implement a signing‑off feature integrated across features. What We’re Looking For You’re comfortable with the entire stack. Handled high ambiguity and product‑technical intersections. Balance speed and quality. Ambitious, open to feedback. Collaboration & communication skills. Drive toward abstractions and tooling.
