Michael Page La risorsa avrà le seguenti principali responsabilità:Garantire il funzionamento ottimale e sicuro degli impianti di produzione chimica, in linea con i piani e gli obiettivi aziendali; Collaborare alla definizione, progettazione e installazione di nuovi impianti e linee produttive; Assicurare l'affidabilità degli impianti esistenti attraverso strategie di Manutenzione Predittiva e interventi preventivi; Proporre e implementare modifiche tecniche per migliorare le prestazioni e l'efficienza degli impianti; Coadiuvare e supportare un team di tecnici per garantire la manutenzione ordinaria e la gestione di interventi straordinari; Supervisionare fornitori e squadre esterne per la manutenzione degli stabili e delle infrastrutture collegate; Collaborare con l'ufficio acquisti per la definizione delle specifiche tecniche, la selezione dei fornitori e la verifica dell'efficacia degli interventi; Guidare progetti di Miglioramento Continuo e monitorare l'avanzamento delle iniziative di ottimizzazione; Interagire con le aree di Produzione, Qualità e R&D per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi degli stabilimenti.Il candidato ideale Il candidato ideale, con Laurea in Ingegneria chimica, meccanica o in discipline affini, deve aver maturato un'esperienza significativa, di almeno 5-7 anni, in ruoli analoghi all'interno di contesti industriali complessi, preferibilmente nel settore chimico o di processo. Competenze richieste Imparare solida conoscenza dell'impiantistica industriale e dei sistemi di automazione, oltre a una buona familiarità con le normative di sicurezza applicabili, come quelle relative agli ambienti ATEX e agli standard HSE. Completano il profilo determinazione, proattività e orientamento al miglioramento continuo, insieme alla capacità di guidare il cambiamento e di costruire relazioni solide all'interno dell'organizzazione.
