L’azienda è attiva nello sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici su tutto il territorio nazionale, con un focus sul segmento commerciale e industriale (C&I), su impianti a terra in aree industriali e su sistemi di accumulo di energia elettrica (Battery Energy Storage Systems – BESS).Per la sede di Bologna, dopo un periodo di 4/6 mesi di formazione presso la Holding di Milano , stiamo cercando una Legal Assistant che si occupi di:Supporto nella predisposizione e redazione di atti notarili di compravendita e di costituzione di diritto di superficie, con focus su tutto il processo: dalla PMO documentale al rogito notarile;Supporto nella predisposizione e redazione di atti di costituzione di diritto di servitù da terzi e in favore dei distributori di rete;Redazione e revisione di contratti commerciali (opzioni di acquisto, contratti di locazione, contratti di fornitura, contratti di vendita di energia elettrica, ecc.);PMO del portafoglio di clienti post acquisizione.Creare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-18808-Ljbffr
