Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Venice. Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to the team, keeping records and documentation organized. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, record-keeping, and organizing paperwork
- Legal and contract editing
- Data entry on specialized hospitality websites
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with office software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role
- Fluency in Italian and multiple languages, including English, is a plus
