We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensuring our visitors feel at home while exploring the beauty of Venice.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Venice. Responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to the team, keeping records and documentation organized. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, record-keeping, and organizing paperworkLegal and contract editingData entry on specialized hospitality websitesExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with office software and toolsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site roleFluency in Italian and multiple languages, including English, is a plus
