Business Development Representative Base pay range:25.000€ - 28.000€ net(depending on experience)We are Vip District, part of the Epassi group, building digital solutions for loyalty, cashback, and incentives. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative, curious and tech‑savvy, to identify new B2B opportunities (retail, insurance, energy, mobility, etc.) and generate qualified leads for our sales team.Le tue responsabilità:Cercare nuovi contatti B2B qualificati.Presentare i nostri servizi tramite email, telefono, LinkedIn e fiere/eventi.Fissare meeting per il team vendite.Gestire il CRM e monitorare le pipeline.Raggiungere i KPIs mensili e trimestrali condivisi.Cosa cerchiamo?Min. 1 anno di esperienza nella presa appuntamenti commerciali o call outbound (B2B preferito).Italiano madrelingua e inglese almeno livello B1.Passione per la tecnologia, il marketing e l’engagement digitale.Proattività, ottime doti comunicative e autonomia.Residenza a Milano o zone limitrofe, disponibilità al lavoro ibrido.Cosa offriamo?Contratto a tempo indeterminato con RAL tra 25.000€ e 28.000€ (in base all’esperienza).Piano bonus basato sulle performance individuali.Buoni pasto e possibili fringe benefits.Orario flessibile, formazione continua e opportunità di crescita.Ambiente dinamico e collaborativo.Vuoi entrare a far parte di una scale‑up in crescita internazionale?
