Bacula Enterprise is a compelling, value-driven solution for sales professionals seeking to succeed in selling enterprise-grade technology with real differentiation.THE ROLE - Territory Sales ManagerRoleBacula Systems is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Territory Manager, ideally based in Spain or Italy, or otherwise in the EU, covering the markets of Spain, Italy, Portugal, and France. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by focusing on new-logo sales in these markets and globally, as assigned. Collaborating closely with the SVP of Global Sales, the incumbent will lead new-logo sales efforts in these markets. The role reports to the SVP of Global Sales and will be home-office-based, with travel as necessary.ResponsibilitiesThe Territory Sales Manager is a solution expert who leads sales pursuits. This role drives proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, using specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities.Uses specialty expertise to develop a long-term sales pipeline to increase the company's market share in the territoryAcquire and expand customer base.Establish consultative relationships with clients, including the C-level, by developing a core understanding of the client's unique business needs within their industry.Maintains broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with Customer Executives.Expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the entire Bacula solution portfolioQualificationsUniversity or Bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred.7+ years of software/hardware experienceGood understanding of the IT marketplace, and preferably a good understanding of the backup and restore segmentPrior selling experience includes multiple diverse sets of selling responsibilities.Fluent in English and French. Spanish and Italian are a plus.Knowledge and SkillsIs considered a master in knowledge of products, solutions, service offerings, and competitors' offerings to sell large, complex solutions.Knows the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors in the
