On behalf of a multinational pharma group, Jefferson Wells is looking for an ALLIANCE AND PARTNER SPECIALIST key responsibilities:Being point of contact for each partner for new project/business or issues to be addressed to the company, like amendments to contracts, price revisions, new terms. Develop new business with the assigned clients Monitor customers’ sales performance and stock levels, tracking deviations vs budget and forecasts Receiving and processing clients’ (third parties or affiliates) purchasing orders Propose sales budgets and forecasts in agreement with customers/affiliates and appropriate systems Propose and monitor partners market sales performance and activities to ensure compliance with agreements terms (sales objectives, price steps, royalties, free goods) and to highlight deviations and propose corrective actions. Update forecast and orders in the proper company files/systems Coordinate with production planning to ensure the customers’ orders fulfilment Organize and manage shipments to the assigned partners, taking care of the necessary documents and relationships with transporters and customs Collaborate with all company departments (Production plants, QC, Finance, Regulatory, Legal) Prepare periodic reporting to Company management related to the indicators Implement company procedure related to PHV relevant to their role in order to comply with current EU and national legislation.Permanent contract.
