Acts as the first point of contact for operational escalations and ensures alignment with internal and external stakeholders.Your core responsibilities at a glance:Coordinate the daily workload and priorities of the transport planning team.Monitor transport execution and act as the escalation point for critical delivery issues.Support the onboarding and performance management of transport carriers and 3PLs.Track key logistics KPIs and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company logistics policies.Facilitate collaboration between transport planners, warehouses, customer service, and supply planning.Drive standardization and continuous improvement in transport processes.Support system updates, documentation, and training within the transport team.The ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle – is this your flavor?We are Taste Makers in Candy As the third-largest confectionery company in the world – and the second in Europe – we’re on a journey to become the best in making candy.
