The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing teams of 5+ retail professionals and store operations, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional sales and results in beauty, luxury, or FMCG retail. Experience in airport or duty‑free environments is highly desirable. This role will manage several airports and requires approximately 20% travel to other airports.Role AccountabilitiesLead and inspire teams across multiple airport locations to achieve sales and operational excellenceManage counters and stores, ensuring compliance with brand standards and host store policiesDrive commercial success through strategic planning, KPI management, and budget controlBuild strong relationships with host store partners and senior stakeholdersDeliver luxury customer experiences tailored to international travellersOversee recruitment, training, and succession planning for your teamMonitor stock levels, conduct audits, and provide proactive counsel on inventory managementPlan and execute initiatives for new product launches and seasonal activityEnsure adherence to health and safety standards and airport security protocolsKey Selection CriteriaExtensive experience of direct retail team management experience in beauty, luxury, or FMCGProven ability to manage teams of 5+ people and multiple retail locationsStrong commercial acumen and operational expertise in fast‑paced environmentsExperience in airport or duty‑free retail highly desirableExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFlexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing travel retail trendsWillingness to travel (20%) of the timeMultilingual skills are an advantageCompany BenefitsWe offer structured induction programmes – Start of A Dream & Business Manager Academy.
