Become part of our great team as a… As Commercial Development Manager, you will lead the growth of Datwyler’s presence in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors across Europe, with a specific focus on our portfolio of aluminum seals. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to acquire new customers, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. In this role, you will act as a key driver of commercial growth, combining industry expertise with a hunter mindset to identify opportunities, secure partnerships, and contribute to Datwyler’s strategic objectives in the global parenteral packaging market. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and engage new pharmaceutical and biotech customers globally, focusing on Datwyler’s portfolio of alu seals Build and manage a robust pipeline of high‑value commercial opportunities from initial outreach through deal closure Lead the early‑stage development of new customer relationships, ensuring smooth transition into long‑term
