Senior Communications Manager – Natasha Slater Studio (Milan)Natasha Slater Studio is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Milan. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who understands how to run a luxury PR studio with structure, clarity, and excellence. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, build strong client relationships, and know how to lead teams with confidence, this role is for you.About the RoleAs Senior Communications Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operation of our PR studio. You will oversee client accounts, manage our press office, and ensure that the quality of our work remains consistent with the standard that defines NSS. You will work closely with our founder, Natasha Slater, to shape communication strategies across fashion, hospitality, design, and culture. You will be responsible for keeping the studio organised, efficient, and aligned with our vision as we prepare for further international growth.This is a full‑time position based in Milan, hybrid with three to four days per week in the studio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client accounts from onboarding to delivery, acting as the primary point of contactManage the press office, supervising pitches, media lists, monitoring, and approvalsDevelop communication strategies, narratives, and editorial calendarsImplement structure, processes, and reporting across the studioManage junior talent, including the Press Officer and AdminPrepare proposals, scopes of work, and support new business developmentMaintain the high level of quality, refinement, and cultural intelligence NSS is known forWhat We’re Looking For5–7+ years in PR, communications, or brand managementStrong background in fashion, hospitality, design, or cultureConfident leading client relationships and presenting strategiesProfessional, polished communicator who understands the luxury landscapeHighly organised, proactive, and able to structure workflows and systemsExperience managing junior team members or freelancersA strategic thinker who can execute with precision and calm under pressureSomeone who thrives in a refined, entrepreneurial, creatively driven environmentWhy Join NSSNatasha Slater Studio works with some of the most culturally relevant names in fashion, design, hospitality, and contemporary culture.
