If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of 'behind the scenes' support staff, you've got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience ResponsibilitiesSupervise our global network of Tennis Data Collectors who gather our data directly from the venue at WTA events to deliver a high-quality product. Conduct official data collection duties onsite at WTA events to the highest standard. Deliver and implement consistent training procedures that maintain a high-quality network. Operational responsibility for the planning and delivery of all WTA events as per the annual schedule and delivering to KPIs. Ensure our operational coverage targets are met and delivered to budget. Participate in software testing and additional projects where required. Focus on cost efficiency within your network delivering coverage in the most optimal way. Maintain a focus on the well-being and engagement of yourself and your freelance data collection team under company guidelines. Support our wider Fast Data Operations teams and sports collection where required.Required QualificationsGood English skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent knowledge of tennis. Ability to engage and motivate a diverse global team. Results driven. Strong problem-solving skills and willing to travel on an ongoing basis.Desired QualificationsExperience in training people. Experience in supervising people. Data collection experience. Knowledge of other sports (Soccer).
