These are just some of the areas in which we operateCurrently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Talent Management Specialist.Location: Hybrid in RomeForm of employment: B2B contractThe Talent Management Specialist will be focused on Global Talent Management processes and initiatives, reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Management. The ideal candidate will be part of a Corporate Talent Team based in Italy.QualificationsMust have:Previous experience in Talent Management processesProficient in Excel and PowerPointExperience with SAP Success Factor Talent Management modulesStrategic thinking and consulting practiceNice to have:Digital mindset and innovative thinkingStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsResponsibilitiesPartner with global stakeholders across People & Transformation and the business to co-design, develop and execute key processes and programs driving engagement and performance of company talent.Provide operational and consultative support to P&T people partners and business leaders on talent management initiatives including onboarding and offboarding.Co-design and execute strategic talent management initiatives, programs and processes to improve talent outcomes.Improve talent processes through feedback & data analysis and digital automation.Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
