職務概要 このポジションは、食品、日用品商材を中心に担当し、担当カテゴリーの戦略構築、新製品や季節に応じた品揃えの最適化、商品企画開発、売上・利益の最大化を目指します。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションを追求します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、ウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、旬のアイテムの販売促進・宣伝（ブランディング）を企画・実行します。事業の方針に基づき、担当業務を自立的に行います。 職務内容詳細1. 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理 担当商品カテゴリーの戦略構築、売上・利益目標を設定、または提案を行い、その実行プロセスを管理します。 2. 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案・実施・改善 販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、実行するとともに、必要に応じて改善または改善提案を行います。 3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化 仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、仕入れ計画を立案し、実行します。 4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立 日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとのパートナーシップの確立・強化を行います。 5. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画・立案・販売（対メーカー） 関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、実行します。 6. 社内関連部署との連携 社内関連部署（事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ウェブ制作担当者、出品者事業担当者、マーケティング部門など）と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら各業務を遂行します。 7. プロジェクトへの参画 部門全体に影響を及ぼす大小さまざまなプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして貢献・実績を残します。About the team Visit Business Introduction and Employee Interviews Amazon is striving to be Earth’s Best Employer.
