The Role We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Partnerships Growth Specialist based in our Rome, Italy office. This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue through the expansion and optimization of our B2B and third-party sales channels. You will be the primary engine for identifying new revenue streams, securing large-scale online partnerships, and scaling our presence across the European travel landscape. Key Responsibilities Strategic Channel Expansion & Revenue Growth: Identify and secure high-value partnerships with major online players, including Airlines, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and Travel Agent Consortiums. Hunt for and develop entirely new revenue streams by identifying untapped market opportunities and creative distribution channels. Build and nurture a robust network of industry connections, acting as the brand's primary advocate to open doors within the European travel and hospitality ecosystem. Proactively establish and scale relationships with hotel concierge services and regional tourism networks throughout Europe. Own the revenue targets for these channels, developing and executing strategies to maximize booking volume and brand visibility.
