About UsWimage is a digital agency that, for over 10 years, supports national and international brands in unlocking their full potential through integrated communication and marketing solutions .We offer a comprehensive approach spanning Strategy, Branding & Design, Web Development, Social Media Management, Online Advertising, Creative Direction & Shooting, and Printed Materials .Our mission is to create digital experiences that truly reflect the value of our clients’ products and services, combining data, design, and content to generate measurable, lasting results .Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a Project Manager with experience in digital marketing and communication, capable of managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and transforming creative strategies into high-impact campaigns .If you're passionate about digital, international creative projects, and managing demanding clients, this is the right opportunity for you .✍️ What You’ll Do• Manage strategic projects from the brief phase through to ideation, planning, and final delivery , ensuring quality, timelines, and budget are met.• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams : creatives, social media managers, content creators, designers, videomakers, and developers.• Be the main point of contact for clients , providing constant updates, aligning expectations, and solving any issues that arise.• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and deadlines.• Preparation of quotations to be presented to clients.• Define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and deliverables , with clear and regular reporting .What We’re Looking For• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in creative, digital, or marketing agencies .• Fluency in both Italian and English (C1 level).• Experience in managing integrated digital campaigns (social, advertising, branding, content strategy).• Ability to translate creative strategies into actionable and measurable operational plans .• Experience in preparing and pricing client quotations in line with project requirements and budget objectives.• Skills in reporting and analyzing KPIs to evaluate performance and optimize results.• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies .• Experience managing high-level national and international clients .• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills .Nice to have:• Experience in managing international or multi-platform campaigns.• Knowledge of paid social, advertising, and analytics.• Experience managing cross-functional projects.• Background in product launches, social-first digital campaigns, or multi-channel campaigns.• Ability to integrate data, insights, and creativity to drive strategic decisions.Location: HybridContract type: Partita IVACompensation: Competitive packageStart date: ASAPNB: Only applications from professionals with an active VAT number – or willing to obtain one – will be considered.
