Now, we’re hiring elite builders to make it happenYour Mission The Associate General Manager, Italy will lead a set of categories on the Tilt platform, own the P&L and be the go-to expert for your categories within the business. Your key goal will be to identify and execute on how to grow the Tilt platform.What You'll Do Be the internal and external leader for growing categories on TiltBuild and own the strategy for the categories you own to support their ongoing growthBe creative to identify new ways to enable growth for the businessUse data analytics skills (SQL) to derive insights from projects and drive growthDive into the numbers to assess category growth, success, and areas for improvement, driving continuous iterationLead marketing initiatives such as influencer partnerships/campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyersWork cross-functionally with our Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales teams to scale the businessSolve problems quickly , ensuring seller satisfaction and retention.Who You Are You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless and no ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping.
