Hlpy ,born in 2020 is a tech road assistance insurance start-up founded by a group of visionaries who quickly understood the needs of many global customers.They developed a digital and modern solution that has revolutionized the sector.Our dream started in Italy, has expanded into France, Spain and Germany.This dream is growing continuously, and we are on a mission to expand in other markets soon.Our business offers a B2 B2 C model aimed at all automotive sectors (insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental companies, mobility providers, etc.).This model enables their customers to instantly request roadside assistance services and replacement solutions in real-time by using the most advanced digital platform on the market.As our team starts to take shape globally, our growth ambitions and market demand means we are at the forefront of being major player in the sector.For this reason, we are actively seeking a highly motivated Customer Service to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.Responsibilities: Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels, and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.Requirements: Availability to work on shifts 24h 7/7 Fluent in German Good Knowledge of English/Italian Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus Team spirit Your Journey in hlpy Our team comprises a wide range of skills and experiences: we constantly encourage all our professionals and collaborators to explore new opportunities for growth and development.We believe that promoting an environment where individuals can experiment and expand their horizons not only increases personal satisfaction but also strengthens our collective success.Please send you CV in English
