Recipharm, a leading global CDMO, is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the growth of its Sterile Fill Finish (SFF) anti-infective offerings on an international scale.This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new development and commercial opportunities, while managing relationships with existing customers. The position plays a key role in driving business growth and strengthening Recipharm’s market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercial strategies to generate new development and manufacturing businessIdentify, qualify, and close new global business opportunitiesNegotiate complex development and supply agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholdersPresent Sterile Fill Finish anti-infective capabilities and tailored technical solutions to customersSupport the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals and pricing strategiesManage customer relationships across development and commercial programsWork cross-functionally with technical, legal, and operational teamsRequirementsExperience in Business Development or B2B sales within the pharmaceutical industry (CDMO experience preferred)Solid understanding of drug product manufacturingStrong customer focus and results-driven mindsetProven negotiation and relationship-management skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesFluent English, written and spokenEducationBachelor’s degree in a scientific, business, or related fieldAdvanced scientific degree and/or MBA is a plusRecipharm Core ValuesRespect · Reliability · Collaboration · Excellence
