What Can You Expect?Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow. Training & Development: Receive a well-structured, dedicated Project Management training program, tailored to strengthen your ability to lead projects and deliver results. Impact & Networking: Contribute to real business solutions and expand your network by working alongside talented colleagues and senior leaders from across Europe.Who are We Looking For?You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields, and are available to work full‑time. You are fluent in English and Italian. You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment. You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience. You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa). You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.
