Our Graduate Program offers the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the professional world and find the right role for you within our company You will work on technical, clinical or business projects depending on your academic background, and support our team across different product lines (Trak Care and Health Share).What We Offer:Practical Experience and Collaborative Environment : Work on concrete and stimulating projects that truly make a difference. Flexibility : While you will need to be in the office 5 days per week for the first 6 months, you will enjoy greater flexibility with 2 work-from-home days per week afterwards. Paid Internship : This is a paid internship with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Lunch vouchers and paid business travels are also included.Requirements:Recent Graduate : You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or other STEM disciplines. Technical Skills : Coding experience in any programming language, including: Java, C++, C#, Java Script, Angular JS, JSON, Python, or similar. Analytical Mindset, Collaboration and Flexibility : Ability to tackle complex challenges with creativity while maintaining a collaborative attitude in an ever-changing work environment. Technical and Business Curiosity : Interest in healthcare informatics and business dynamics. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.What You Will Do:Diverse Projects : Support the team on various projects (technical and non-technical).
