Visual Merchandiser Manager

Job Description As the Visual Merchandiser Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey throughout the stores by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. In this role you support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores. Key Responsibilities: Offering customers an excellent direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products, and styling across the Store Team Secure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journey Analysing selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximise sales performance Leading and motivating a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of your responsible stores Conduct visual changes collaborating with store management team and define the customer journey when needed Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression Setting the visual merchandising standard for your responsible stores and training the team to understand the COS collection, story of key products and inspiration background Communicate with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area Team and Store Management Team regularly Qualifications For the role of Visual Manager, we seek individuals who embody the spirit of Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Constant Improvement, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared achievements. What You Need to Succeed: Knowledge Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling Knowledge of operational routines in-store Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data Able to communicate in both Italian and English  Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantage Motivation You have a strong interest in fashion, VM strategy and trends You should be motivated by elevating customer experience in-store through visual outputs and direct customer service You are open to learning new things and developing professionally and personally Behaviour You listen to and show interest in all colleagues' ideas and opinions You support others to grow by giving constructive feedback and sharing product knowledge You express your opinions but are willing to accept and contribute to agreed outcomes You are self-aware, understanding that actions have consequences and are respectful and non-judgemental in your interactions You prioritise efficiently and adapt to sudden changes You get results through trial and error You come up with new ideas You communicate clearly and concisely You seek opportunities to improve everyday processes Past achievements Proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirational Experience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups and season-start layouts Success in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals Compensation:  Additional Information This is a full-time position based in store, with a contract of 40  hours a week .
