They are reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.PurposeThe Inside Sales Representative supports the Area Sales Manager in the continuous development of existing and potential customers to achieve company’s sales growth.They take full responsibility for the customer portfolio and are responsible for all subtasks, from price quotations to the complete and satisfactory fulfilment of orders (back‑office activities).Areas of responsibilityWork closely with the Area Sales Manager and the Inside Sales Manager to understand customer needs as best as possible and to identify the key success factors for future orders.Identify customer specifications, product solutions and potential internal and/or external sourcing options.Ensure close cooperation with sales, the technical department, the supply chain and purchasing to facilitate the preparation of quotations.Create quotations taking into
