To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist with strong commercial sensitivity and solid experience in proposal writing. What you will do In this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. You will:Prepare cost estimates and budget proposals, ensuring consistency with scope, deliverables and internal effort. Analyse tenders, RFPs/RFQs and commercial briefs to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, required documentation and deadlines. Prepare tenders and commercial proposals for institutional and private prospects, defining structure and table of contents and coordinating internal contributions together with the Head of Sales. Write and revise technical and commercial offers, including strategic approach, methodology, workplan, team structure, case studies and budget proposals. Handle formatting and layout of documents (Word/PowerPoint), ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Manage the operational side of submission and upload of offers (tender portals, certified email, dedicated channels), checking completeness and formal compliance of all documentation. Maintain and update an internal content library (standard texts, case studies, CVs, recurring sections), tracking tenders, proposals and outcomes to support analysis and continuous improvement. Leverage AI‑powered tools to explore new ways to structure, refine and evolve proposals, templates and knowledge assets.Who you areYou hold a degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field. You have at least 3 years of experience in a communication agency, in one of the following areas: Sales / Tendering Team within an agency, with direct involvement in tenders, RFPs, proposals and commercial offers.
