All our job opportunities are open to candidates belonging to categorie protette L.68/99.Discover the SEO teamWe are looking for an experienced professional SEO Associate Manager to join our Milan office with strong strategic, technical and consulting skills, eager to take on complex and challenging projects in a fast‑growing and cross‑pollinating environment.You will play an active role in defining, implementing and overseeing SEO strategies for our national and international clients, focusing on performance, innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business, challenges, and spotting future opportunitiesLead the planning and implementation of innovative SEO campaigns aligned with KPIs and contractual requirementsConduct SEO analyses on industry, competitors, keywords, and trends to inform strategy and optimization proposalsCoordinate teams of 2–3 SEO Consultants, supporting, training, and upskilling them to drive professional growthMonitor site health, identify and resolve technical SEO issues, and manage pre‑ and post‑launch phases of new websitesDevelop link‑building strategies, local SEO (including GMB), and support SEO approaches for video and YouTubeIntroduce innovative methodologies, new tech partners, and best practices to enhance SEO servicesPlan, lead, and attend client meetings, QBRs, and annual reviews while consistently meeting deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environmentIf you see yourself in these characteristics, we could be the perfect match:4‑7+ years of SEO experience with technical expertise on e‑commerce and multi‑country websitesExcellent command of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)Ability to produce in‑depth technical and editorial SEO audits and translate business requirements and data into effective solutionsProficiency in optimizing copy, semantic tags, and metadata to increase relevance and rankingExperience with Local SEO strategies, GMB management, and content developmentKnowledge of outreach strategies, backlink analysis, and building authoritative link profilesUp‑to‑date understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithmsFamiliarity with various CMS and, as a plus, basic knowledge of HTML/CSSHigh proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar)Full proficiency and fluency in English (C1/C2 or equivalent), with confidence presenting to senior clients and internal teamsStrong organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environmentsPassion for Digital Marketing, proactivity, and a strong attitude for training and developing team membersDiscover in this video why JAKALA could be your next career moveAt JAKALA, we believe that people’s time and well‑being should always be respected.
