With a collaborative and inclusive environment, you will join a unique culture that celebrates difference and embraces diversity.Role SummaryAs a Technical SEO Manager, you will provide ad‑hoc consultancy to enterprise clients, conduct in‑depth technical audits, support large‑scale website migrations, and play a key role in AI‑focused SEO optimization, ensuring clients’ sites are technically aligned with the latest AI‑driven search trends and ranking opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Consultancy: Provide weekly ad‑hoc technical SEO support to enterprise clients, answer queries, review implementations, and offer strategic recommendations.Technical SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, analyzing site health, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, structured data, and other key ranking factors.Website Migrations: Support client internal teams with complex website migrations, including domain changes, platform transitions, and site architecture improvements to minimize ranking disruptions.AI Optimization for Search: Advise on and implement technical SEO best practices to enhance visibility in AI‑driven search results, including AI Overviews, structured data enhancements, and content indexing strategies.Technical Implementation: Work closely with developers, product teams, and content strategists to implement SEO recommendations efficiently.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Log File Analysis to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.SEO Strategy & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI‑driven search features, ensuring clients’ SEO strategies remain competitive.Key Skills & Experience3+ years of hands‑on technical SEO experience (agency experience preferred).Strong knowledge of enterprise SEO strategies, large‑scale site architecture, crawl optimization, and JavaScript SEO.Proven experience conducting SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and DeepCrawl.Expertise in website migrations, including redirects, URL structure changes, and risk mitigation.Understanding of AI‑driven search trends, such as AI Overviews, structured data for AI indexing, and optimizing for search generative experiences.Familiarity with Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE) and how AI impacts search rankings.Proficiency in log file analysis and debugging crawlability issues.Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and technical performance improvements.Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and structured data markup (Schema.org).Experience collaborating with development teams and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and headless CMS.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical SEO insights into actionable recommendations for enterprise stakeholders.Nice to Have SkillsKnowledge of Python for SEO automation (e.g., data scraping, log file analysis).Experience with server‑side SEO (e.g., edge SEO, Cloudflare Workers, CDN optimization).Understanding of Google’s AI advancements and their implications for search strategy.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
