The BDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets for SS&C's innovative financial technology solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively research and identify potential clients within the financial services industry (e.g., corporates, PE, financial and legal advisors) using various tools and resources (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, CRM, etc.).Outreach & Engagement: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media to introduce SS&C's offerings and generate interest.Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects' business needs, challenges, and current technology landscape, qualifying leads based on established criteria.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).Collaboration & Handover: Work closely with
