We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager with a technical or engineering background to lead our commercial pipeline and unlock new opportunities through strategic outreach and deep industry expertise. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting market potential, and delivering measurable business value. What You'll Do Build and execute a strategic sales plan to grow our customer base and market share. Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to align customer needs with technical capabilities. Track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement. Support production scale-up by aligning commercial efforts with operational capacity. Travel required: What You Bring Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience , ideally in contract manufacturing or technical environments. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in injection molding , with strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and production processes. Technical or engineering background — ideally in plastics, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales pipelines. Fluent in Italian and English — essential for customer engagement and internal collaboration. Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
