Topcon Positioning Solution is looking for a motivated and committed Distributor Sales Manager Southern Europe.OverviewThe Distributor Sales Manager Southern Europe, reporting to the Director, Distributor Sales Europe of Topcon, is responsible for leading our distribution sales efforts in one of the European countries assigned (France, Italy, Spain, Belgium or Netherlands). The Distributor Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our distribution partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring our products are effectively distributed in the market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth through distribution partners in the assigned region.Manage relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, training, and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products.Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach and increase sales.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and develop solutions to drive sales growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure effective product distribution and customer support.Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and optimize distribution efforts.Provide regular reporting to Distribution Management on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics related to distribution sales.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role.
