Licensing Distribution Ops Coordinator, Licensing Distribution OperationsJob ID: | Amazon.com Services LLCThe Licensing Distribution Operations Coordinator will work directly with third-party clients to execute the delivery of Amazon MGM content, ensuring all assets reach our partners accurately and on time. This role serves as a key resource for our internal sales team by providing up-to-date information on source asset availability. The coordinator will be responsible for reading, interpreting, and executing on licensing contracts to ensure all delivery requirements are fulfilled. A significant portion of this role involves communicating with vendors and fulfillment partners to track orders, troubleshoot issues, and confirm that all facets of each delivery are completed successfully. This is a fast-paced position that requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and client airdates.Key ResponsibilitiesReview delivery requests against contractual terms including licensed titles, languages, license periods, and technical requirementsTrack license periods and proactively follow up on deliveries ahead of start datesRespond to servicing inquiries for assigned territoriesResearch asset availability and confirm material costs on a title-by-title basisLiaise with labs on client onboarding and encoding requirementsDetermine appropriate source elements and order materials from post-production labs via internal systemsCoordinate language versions, dub and sub conforms; material fixes through multiple vendors as neededPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Tech to provide metadata, artwork, and promotional materials to clientsAdvise licensees and Sales team on delivery statusCoordinate tracking, repair, and replacement of rejected materialsAnalyze QC reports and work with technical specialists on solutionsCoordinate with labs for master reviews and fixesMaintain spreadsheets and databases with status updates, POs, rejections, and deliveriesAlert Finance to rebill costs and ensure timely invoice processingProvide backup coverage for team membersImplement and enhance AI solutions to automate workflows and processesBasic QualificationsExperience with MS Office Professional Suite and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel2+ years of customer service, project management, asset operations or post-delivery preferredWorking knowledge of 4K, HD, and various video and audio file formatsExcellent prioritization and time management skills; strong written and verbal English communication skillsSelf-motivated team playerSAP knowledge preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience leveraging technology to drive process improvementsExperience with episodic and film workflowsBA/BS degree preferredExperience in post-production and digital and physical asset researchExperience working with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Digital Retailers and broadcastersInternational media asset management experienceAbility to thrive while working independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teamsSpanish-speaking a plusAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-18808-Ljbffr
