In this role you drive client performance improvements by leading teams and delivering tailored solutions. You work across clients in private, public, and social sectors, collaborating with experts to design and implement change. You’ll receive structured development, coaching, and mentorship to accelerate growth, while contributing to a global, diverse community. Responsabilità Lead a team of 3–5 consultants to help clients improve performance and achieve goals
Identify and implement solutions for client challenges across sectors
Collaborate with specialists (data scientists, researchers, designers) to design and implement performance approaches
Develop tailor-made solutions and ensure positive, sustainable impact for clients
Guide and develop team members, providing support for learning and growth
Receive training and coaching on project management, stakeholder relationships, and leadership
Cooperate with senior colleagues and staffing managers to align project assignments with priorities
Travel to client sites as required
Requisiti fondamentali Advanced graduate degree required; MBA or PhD preferred but not mandatory
Prior consulting experience in a professional services firm or international corporation preferred
Ability to collaborate in a diverse, inclusive environment at all levels
Strong quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills
Comfort with ambiguity and changing circumstances
Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Italian
